SCOPE DESCRIPTION

Precision cutting, CNC drilling, profiling, and structural welding of hot-rolled and built-up steel sections. Our workshop conducts trial assembly for complex modular structures to verify bolt hole alignments and camber tolerances. Complete surface treatment facilities provide abrasive blasting to ISO SA 2.5 standards followed by highperformance
epoxy, polyurethane, or hot-dip galvanizing coatings.

กระบวนการตัด เจาะรู ดัดโค้ง และเชื่อมประกอบโครงสร้างเหล็กรูปพรรณ (H-Beam, Built-up Box Beam, Trusses) ภายในโรงงานผลิตด้วยเครื่องจักร CNC ที่ทันสมัย มีการทดลองประกอบโครงชิ้นงานหลัก (Trial Assembly) เพื่อรับประกันความแม่นยำ ของระยะรูโบลต์ พร้อมทั้งงานพ่นทรายทำ ความสะอาดผิวเหล็ก (Surface Blasting SA 2.5) และการทาสีป้องกันสนิมคุณภาพสูงตามข้อกำ หนดโครงการ

Certified AWS D1.1 structural welders, CJP/PJP groove and fillet welds

Grit blasting to SA 2.5, DFT measurement, cross-hatch adhesion check

Laser alignment check, dimensional inspection per AISC Code of Practice
