SCOPE DESCRIPTION

Engineering design, mechanical sizing calculations (using PV Elite), heavy plate rolling, welding, and assembly of industrial pressure vessels and separators. Engineered with hemispherical, ellipsoidal, or torispherical heads in compliance with ASME BPVC Section VIII Div 1 and Div 2. Manufacturing involves strict traceability of materials (MTR 3.1), continuous NDT examinations, PWHT in furnaces, and hydro-testing witnessed by Authorized Inspectors (AI).
