SCOPE DESCRIPTION
Site erection and assembly of heavy structural steel frames utilizing mobile and crawler cranes. Works include precision column plumbing, elevation survey via digital total stations, installation of high-strength structural bolting (ASTM F3125 Grade A325/A490) using calibrated tensioning methods, structural field touch-up painting, and baseplate pressure grouting to ensure maximum load transfer stability.
